• How to block users and applications on Facebook (2012)

Facebook_Manage_BlockingAfter this Privacy Policy yesterday on Applications, games, advertising and websites I'll explain another little-known section of the privacy settings on Facebook: block management.
To access the management page of the blocks have to visit the page on Facebook privacy settings ( CLICK HERE or on Facebook menu at the top right select "Privacy Settings"), scroll down and click on the link "Manage Blocks" .
Facebook_Privacy_SettingsFirst it is important to explain what you mean by blocking on Facebook: we intend to block the termination of ties between two items on Facebook, or friends, applications, games etc..
    Blocking Users
By blocking a user can prevent another user to view their profile, send friend requests, send messages, comments or even read other posts written on the photo link pages or groups. When you lock a person that becomes invisible to you on Facebook, even though you can still view the content posted by the user before the block. In particular, you can view the messages, wall posts, photos, news of recent activities, the groups she belongs, and the activities of games and applications. ( more info here )
You can lock or unlock one or more users from the "block user". It's possible to search for users to block (and friends) by name or by e-mail. Select the user you want to block and click on "Block". If you would like to unlock a user in the future you can just find the same page and click "Unlock" alongside the name of the user.
    Facebook_block_usersBlock calls for applications
If a user calls you too often to try applications and games on Facebook can stop receiving any call from that person. In this way the system will automatically ignore all requests for applications will be sent in the future by that person.
    Facebook_Block_App_InvitesBlock of invitations to events
Similar to this block allows you to automatically ignore all invitations to events sent by a friend.
    Facebook_Block_Event_InvitesBlock applications
Last but not least important setting regards the application blocking. If a game continues to send requests or an application you do not like this is the place to lock it and remove it completely from your profile. Once an application is blocked, it can no longer contact you or obtain nonpublic information about you with Facebook.
Facebook_Block_AppsSettings over the years have changed many times, this is the reason we have chosen to enter the year 2012 on the title. If they change next year we will write a new guide.
